Good Day Partners
This month, Holy Spirit has been directing our attention to the flow of the life of God.
Our feature article is entitled The Flow of the Life of God: Inflow, Outflow, Overflow, and in it, we consider the life that Jesus came to give. In John 10:10, Jesus said, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” That life is not merely natural existence. It is the very life of God received through Jesus Christ.
Many times, believers pursue the expressions of that life without first giving proper attention to the Source. Healing is an expression. Health is an expression. Peace, strength, wisdom, provision, and restoration are all expressions. But Christ Himself is the Source, and His life is the flow from which every manifestation of grace proceeds.
So then, this month, we are looking at how the life of God flows in the believer. There is an inflow, as we receive His Word, His voice, His sayings, and the quickening ministry of the Holy Spirit. There is an outflow, as the life within us begins to find expression through our words, our faith, our love, and our ministry. And there is an overflow, as the life of Christ reaches beyond us to bless, strengthen, heal, and minister to others.
My prayer is that as you read this edition, you will become more conscious of Christ within you, more aware of the life of God already received, and more yielded to the flow of that life through every area of your life.

Open Your Mouth Wide
God’s desire is that we as leaders expand our capacity to accommodate His vision for our lives. It begins in the heart, yet it will overflow to the mouth.
God never intended leaders to be silent. Every assignment He gives is accompanied by a word to believe and a word to speak. Before God fills the vision, He first asks us to open our mouth. Faith is never passive. It always has a voice.
Open your mouth. You cannot lead quietly. God expects us to speak what He has spoken. Every divine assignment begins with hearing His voice and responding with our own. Faith believes in the heart, but it speaks with the mouth.
Open it wide. Don’t reduce God’s promise to the size of your circumstances. Speak according to the size of His promise, not the size of the obstacle. A wide mouth represents enlarged capacity, bold expectation, and steadfast endurance. Continue saying what God has said until what He promised becomes what you see.
I will fill it. God never asked us to fulfill the vision. He asked us to agree with Him. Our responsibility is to believe and speak; His responsibility is to perform. He fills the mouth that is opened in faith.
Joshua and Caleb illustrate this principle. All twelve spies saw the same land and the same giants, but only two spoke in agreement with God’s promise. Their future was determined not by what they saw but by what they chose to say.
The New Testament continues this same pattern. Jesus taught us to speak to the mountain. Paul declared, “We believe, and therefore speak.” Faith still has a voice because faith still agrees with God.
As leaders, don’t let fear reduce the size of your confession. Speak what God has spoken. Open your mouth. Open it wide. Then trust the One who made the promise to do exactly what He said.

Righteousness Consciousness And The Healing Connection
Many begin reading First Peter Chapter Two and verse twenty-four with an emphasis on healing; however, healing is not where Peter began.
Many Christians approach healing by beginning with the need. They focus on the symptoms, the diagnosis, or the condition that needs to change. Yet the New Testament writers consistently begin somewhere else. They begin with the cause rather than the effect, the root rather than the fruit, the seed rather than the harvest.
This truth became especially clear to me while studying 1 Peter 2:24.
Notice Peter’s order. He does not begin with healing. He begins with substitution. Christ bore our sins. Then he moves to identification. We are now dead to sins and live unto righteousness. Only then does he declare the manifestation: “by whose stripes ye were healed.”
Healing is not presented as an isolated blessing. It flows from the same finished work that established us in right standing with God.
This pattern is repeated throughout Scripture. John does not begin with health in 3 John 1:2. He begins with truth. Truth is in the believer. Truth prospers the soul. Truth is walked out. Then health becomes the outward expression of an inward reality.
Likewise, Proverbs 4 instructs us to attend to God’s words and keep them in the midst of our hearts, for they are “life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” Once again, the emphasis is on receiving the Word before experiencing its fruit.
The lesson is simple but profound: we do not begin with the manifestation. We begin with what God has already established in Christ.
Righteousness consciousness is living with a continual awareness that you have been made righteous through Jesus Christ. It is freedom from condemnation, guilt, shame, and inferiority because your standing with God rests upon Christ’s finished work rather than your own performance.
From that position, faith does not strive to obtain what God has withheld. Faith confidently receives what Christ has already provided.
Healing, then, is not separated from righteousness. It is one of the covenant realities that flows from the same redemptive work of the cross. As believers become established in their righteous standing and allow God’s truth to renew their minds, they increasingly learn to live from the inward realities of redemption rather than from the outward circumstances of life.
The New Testament consistently calls us to live from our identity in Christ. The apostles begin with who we are before they speak about what we receive. They begin with the root before the fruit, the cause before the effect, and the finished work before the manifestation.
When righteousness becomes your consciousness, faith finds solid ground. And from that foundation, healing is no longer something you are trying to earn—it is one of the gracious realities you learn to receive and walk in because of all that Christ has already accomplished.

Say this: I receive all of what Christ made available for me at the Cross. I receive manifestation of healing in my physical body.
I come into agreement with you for the manifestation of the healing power of God in your body today.

The Flow of Life
Jesus did not merely come to give us help; He came to give us life. In John 10:10, He said, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
That life is not merely natural life or biological existence. It is the very life of God imparted to the believer through Jesus Christ.
Many times, believers pursue the expressions of that life without giving proper attention to the Source. Healing is an expression. Health is an expression. Peace, strength, wisdom, provision, and restoration are all expressions. But Christ Himself is the Source, and His life is the flow from which every manifestation of grace proceeds.
So then, the Christian life is not about trying to get God to send life from heaven. The believer has already received life in Christ. The question now becomes: How do we live from the life we have already received?
There is an inflow, an outflow, and an overflow.
Inflow begins as we receive the Shepherd’s voice, attend to His Word, incline our ear to His sayings, and allow the Spirit of God to quicken what has been written.
Proverbs 4 tells us that God’s words are life to those that find them and health to all their flesh. The Word is attended to, the saying is heard, the heart receives it, and life begins to issue from within.
Outflow happens when the life of Christ within us begins to find expression. The heart receives, the mouth agrees, faith acts, love serves, and the believer becomes a channel through whom the life of God is released. We are not trying to manufacture healing, peace, or strength. We are learning to cooperate with the life of Christ already present within us.
Overflow is the life of Christ reaching beyond us into the lives of others. When we encourage, pray, forgive, teach, give, or minister healing, we are allowing His life to extend beyond us.
Ministry, in its simplest form, is the overflow of the life of Christ.
The believer must become life-conscious and Christ-conscious. We do not begin with symptoms. We begin with the Source. We do not begin with lack. We begin with the Life. Wherever Christ is received, His life is present. And wherever His life is allowed to flow, its expressions begin to appear.
This is the flow of the life of God:
Inflow.
Outflow.
Overflow.
The life comes into us, flows through us, and reaches beyond us.
